Concrete Finisher
Finalize the concrete process. Fill or patch in holes left by forms, cure seams and cracks.
Drywall Installer
Fasten drywall panels to the inside framework of building. Prepare panels for painting by taping or finishing joints. Work with ceiling tile installers to build walls. Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing.
Electrician
Varying degrees of installation, alteration, repair, replacement, and maintenance of electrical systems, conductors, and all associated materials and equipment.
Finish Carpenter
Installing crown molding, baseboards, fixtures, chair molding, and trim. Attention to detail is critical. Lifting approximately 35-50 lbs.
Form Carpenter
Concrete form carpenters assemble and remove the forms that are used for the concrete installation. Footings, structural walls, tilt walls, columns, elevated slabs, falsework, shoring, hollow core, reinforcement/rod busting, post tension, slabs on deck, building forms.
Frame Carpenter
Putting in the ‘bones’ of a building, i.e., interior structure, wall, and trusses. Boxing in a permanent structure.
General Laborer
Assisting the contractor within a Class-A commercial construction project. Removing materials, composite clean-up, and transporting debris to proper receptacles. Lifting approximately 35-50 lbs.
Mason
Repairs, maintains, and alters buildings, retaining walls, and other brick or stone edifices. Mixes mortar, lays bricks, stones, and concrete sidewalks. Makes and repairs steps, installs and repairs tile floors and walls. Plasters ceilings and walls. Does carpentry work incidental to masonry work.
Punch Carpenter
A broad range of duties, including but not limited to patching or repair of walls, painting, and installing fixtures. Attention to detail is crucial.
Rod Buster
Rod Busters prepare the skeletal framework of a concrete pour in walls, slab flooring, and columns.
Rough Carpenter
Framing, blocking, hanging doors and windows, installing rails, lifting approximately 35-50 lbs.
